Made from red twig dogwood, copper wire, fake flowers, wood and acrylic paint. There is a hook to hang the bells and bow/skull from so they can be switched out easily. Made for my sister in law. I've been meaning to make this for years and finally finished it!

Bella's Rainbow Chaat Masala salad recipe
This is a very versatile recipe in that you can clean out the crisper drawer or put in anything you like. Don't have green onions? White works too! As do shallots.
I personally recommend using rainbow carrots for added variety in taste and color.
Hate cilantro? Does it taste like soap to you? You can use
parsley, fresh chives or a little mint as a garnish for something
green and leafy instead.
Feel like this recipe is totally lacking in garlic? You can fix
that too, just add a few cloves of garlic to some of the lemon
juice and grind it to a paste with a mortar and pestle.
Love tomatoes? I would advise adding them on top of individual
servings rather than mixing into the salad so the tomatoes taste
their best. This is a salad that can be refrigerated for days and
tomatoes aren't going to enjoy chilling in the fridge.
Think of this recipe as a base which you can build upon however you wish based on your own tastes and things on hand.
Once I didn't have a lemon so I used a lime instead and it turned
out great!
One 15.5 oz can of Kidney beans - drained and rinsed
2 Celery ribs chopped
1 medium green pepper chopped
1/2 yellow or orange bell pepper chopped
2 carrots chopped
1 small bunch of green onions chopped and/or Shallot or small
white onion
1/2 cup loose packed cilantro chopped
1 or 2 spicy peppers of choice such as Serrano, Jalapeno or
Fresno chopped very fine
Mix together well in a small bowl or measuring cup:
1 heaping teaspoon Chaat Masala*
4-5 teaspoons white vinegar
The juice of one lemon
Salt to taste
Pour over everything in the large bowl and stir to combine
